Lead hands-on VMware and Windows Server administration as an IT Manager based in office in George Town, Grand Cayman. Relocation is required for this permanent position. Reporting to the CFO, this experienced IT Manager supports the technology environment serving a primary retail operation and related businesses. The work emphasizes systems administration, Microsoft 365, Exchange, infrastructure, security, and business continuity across several sites.
Key Responsibilities
Administer Windows Server and Active Directory environments Support Microsoft 365 and hybrid Exchange Manage VMware ESXi and vSphere infrastructure Coordinate upgrades, projects, security, and service providers Maintain backups and disaster recovery processes
Requirements:
At least 10 years of systems administration experience At least 10 years of IT infrastructure experience VCP-DCV or equivalent VMware certification Windows Server certification such as AZ-800/AZ-801 After-hours and on-call availability Apply your VMware, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Exchange expertise to essential infrastructure operations in Grand Cayman.
