As Senior Director, Sourcing, you will lead Sourcing Directors supporting purchasing for more than 3,000 stores. You will guide supplier evaluation, selection, relationships, quality specifications, emerging trends, and category strategy. The work includes cost inflation, supply forecasting, commodity management, competitive benchmarking, and global product innovation insights.

Requirements:

Post-secondary business or supply management education, or equivalent experience Five-plus years in procurement, category, supply chain, operations, or general management Experience within the meat processing industry Experience managing P&L;, financial models, and business plans Robust collaboration, communication, and colleague development skills Apply strategic sourcing, supplier leadership, and financial analysis to support Loblaw’s Centre of Store procurement team.
