This President provides executive leadership and strategic direction for operational, commercial, and financial performance. The role translates business vision into multi-year strategies, leads Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, HR, Engineering, and Quality, and drives sustainable profitability. Continuous improvement, safety, and production quality remain central priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop multi-year strategies and operational plans aligned with Board objectives Lead and evaluate executive leadership across core functions Oversee plant operations, scheduling, maintenance, and capital projects Drive Lean, Six Sigma,



Kaizen, and OEE improvements Manage full P&L;, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, or related technical field MBA preferred 15+ years progressive manufacturing leadership experience 5+ years in a senior executive role Experience managing P&L; and high-volume or multi-site operations Apply executive leadership, manufacturing strategy, Lean methods, and financial stewardship to advance operational performance and sustainable profitability.
