Lead Canada operations from Fanatics Commerce’s Toronto office, combining fulfillment strategy with advanced Excel and operational analytics. This hybrid role spans eCommerce, wholesale, and logistics channels. The Operations Manager, Canada provides strategic direction and daily oversight across fulfillment, inventory, transportation, customs, and capacity planning. You will own real-time order visibility and operational data pipelines across Canadian channels. The role partners with Supply Chain, Sales, Logistics, Transportation, IT, and Finance teams. It also develops reporting, dashboards, and automation that support data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Own fulfillment execution and real-time order visibility across Canada Develop capacity plans with Planning, Sales, and Finance Manage customs documentation, duty classification,



and compliance integrity Execute replenishment and inbound purchase order management Build KPI scorecards, dashboards, and exception reporting

Requirements:

Three to five years in operations, planning, buying, or supply chain Two or more years of preferred distribution experience Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI or similar proficiency Experience designing AI tools or workflow automation solutions Cross-border logistics and customs compliance experience Bring fulfillment leadership, advanced analytics, automation, and cross-border expertise to Fanatics Commerce’s Canadian operations team.
