Lead Toast’s international upmarket deals through tailored demos and technical architecture across the UK, Ireland, Canada, and Australia. As a senior solutions leader, you will own technical outcomes for restaurant groups with more than 15 locations. You will support enterprise sales cycles, labs, go-live, and customer relationships. Your work spans integrations, security reviews, business requirements documents, and executive presentations. You will begin as a player-coach while helping build the International upmarket solutions team.

Key Responsibilities

Run tailored demos for multi-stakeholder restaurant buying committees Lead labs from success criteria through documented decisions Architect integrations across ERP, payroll, networks, and hardware Own technical outcomes through procurement, handoff,



and go-live Build reusable assets, processes, and team capability

Requirements:

Seven-plus years in solutions architecture, engineering, or technical consulting Four-plus enterprise or mid-market deals with lengthy buying cycles Hospitality, retail, or payments technology experience REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, and data-flow fluency Willingness to travel across three international markets, 30% or more Bring enterprise demos, integration architecture, security fluency, and leadership to Toast’s growing international solutions function.
