Shape AI-powered mortgage lending at nesto by translating complex workflows into shipped products through explicit product thinking and machine learning collaboration. As Product Manager for the AI Platform, you will help evolve Maestro from proof of concept into AI-augmented lending infrastructure. You will work across operational workflows, data, systems, and mortgage expertise. The work spans roadmap delivery, decision logic, and measurable improvements for production users.

Requirements:
Three to five years in consulting or complex product roles Clear writing and structured thinking across systems and data Comfort making decisions amid ambiguity and incomplete inputs Active fluency with AI tools across product workflows Strong communication with non-experts in Product and Engineering Build Maestro’s AI platform with product strategy, machine learning fluency, and rigorous execution across mortgage operations.
