As a Program Manager, you will oversee ongoing client programs for a global Contract Research Organization. Your work covers multiple projects, contractual delivery, client relationships, and multidisciplinary coordination. You will help ensure programs meet expectations while supporting precision medicine initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client projects and programs from initiation through closure Deliver projects on time, within budget, and within scope Coordinate internal resources for flawless project execution Serve as primary contact for clients and stakeholders Report issues and escalate matters to senior leadership

Requirements:

MSc in life sciences Three to five years in client-facing project management Solid planning, organizational, and communication skills Excellent client management and problem-solving abilities French and English proficiency, spoken and written Bring program planning, client leadership, and bilingual communication to CellCarta’s Montreal-based precision medicine programs.
