Lead casino product strategy and commercial growth for a North American social/sweepstakes casino, using data to improve player experiences and results. This experienced Casino Product and Commercial Lead will own casino priorities and commercial initiatives. You will shape product requirements, analyse performance, and work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, CRM, and Customer Support. The hands-on remit includes acquisition, retention, revenue growth, partnerships, promotions, and lifecycle campaigns. You will work directly with the COO while operating independently within a lean team. Key Responsibilities:
