Shape ZenaTech’s investor narrative through clear financial writing, weekly announcements, and quarterly communications from the company’s onsite workplace. Engage retail, analyst, and institutional audiences. This Manager, Investor Relations and Communications role supports the VP of Corporate Development and Investor Relations. You will turn complex financial information into accurate releases, earnings scripts, presentations, fact sheets, and FAQs. Collaboration includes Finance, Legal, Corporate Communications, Marketing, Corporate Development, investor relations specialists, and public relations agencies. You will help maintain messaging consistency across SEC filings, investor materials, the IR website, and ZenaTech subsidiary brands.

Key Responsibilities

Write weekly releases about news, partnerships, transactions,



and quarterly results Coordinate Finance input for quarterly earnings releases and scripts Maintain consistent messaging across filings, presentations, websites, and materials Own approval workflows, communications calendars, templates, and documented processes Summarize financial media coverage, analyst reports, and market sentiment

Requirements:

At least four years of investor, corporate, or financial communications experience Solid ability to explain complex financial information clearly Experience distributing releases and supporting a complete earnings cycle Familiarity with SEC, Nasdaq, and Regulation FD disclosure requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office; IR platform experience is advantageous Apply financial communications expertise, editorial judgment, and compliance awareness across ZenaTech’s investor-facing content.
