Lead surface maintenance in Colonsay, Saskatchewan, using industrial leadership and asset reliability expertise for safe, productive operations at Mosaic. As Mill Maintenance Superintendent, you will lead supervisors, tradespeople, and contractors across mechanical and electrical maintenance. You will guide maintenance strategy, planning, scheduling, workflow optimization, and equipment reliability. The position supports preventive and predictive programs, budgeting, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, workplace safety, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Surface Maintenance Group work and communicate progress to stakeholders Establish maintenance goals with Planning and Scheduling teams Manage capital priorities, budgets, expenditures, inventory, and purchases Oversee contractors, maintenance programs, procedures,



inspections, and lubrication Coach teams, address performance issues, and enforce workflow standards

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, technical diploma, journeyperson certification, or extensive related experience Five to seven-plus years of supervisory experience Seven to ten-plus years of industrial experience Knowledge of mechanical systems and electrical equipment in mining operations Proficiency with MS Office, SAP S/4HANA, and relevant software Bring maintenance leadership, reliability knowledge, and communication skills to Mosaic’s surface operations in Colonsay, Saskatchewan, Canada.
