Tomlinson is seeking a Senior Health and Safety Specialist to guide operational teams across construction, industrial, mining, and related environments. You will evaluate workplace hazards, advise managers and supervisors, and help implement company programs. The position also supports regulatory requirements, WSIB matters, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

Visit sites to assess hazards, identify trends, and recommend actions Advise project teams on legislative requirements and protected work practices Investigate workplace injuries, complaints, spills,



and incidents Attend project meetings and contribute health and safety input Support Ministry matters, WSIB claims, and regulatory inspections Requirements:
