Lead healthcare facilities operations in Toronto with Equans, applying financial oversight, maintenance leadership, and customer relationship skills. This permanent position serves a complex hospital environment. The Facility Manager oversees a Public-Private Partnership Service Contract and its operational performance. You will lead multidisciplinary and unionized teams while managing plant operations, maintenance, health and safety, budgets, and employee engagement. The position requires solid knowledge of healthcare systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, life safety, security, and building automation. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as Equans site representative and Key Individual Lead teams supporting contract compliance and service delivery Forecast finances and explain budget deviations weekly Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement solutions Maintain client, supplier, and subcontractor relationships Requirements:
Seven to ten years of progressive facilities leadership experience Healthcare, hospital, acute care, or institutional facilities experience Experience managing unionized environments and collective agreements CMMS and Microsoft Office experience English communication and Canadian work authorization Bring healthcare facilities leadership, operational analysis, and financial management expertise to Equans’ Toronto service contract.
