Senior Family Law Lawyer with 5+ years of experience
to lead and expand its practice in St. Catharines Region. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned lawyer who can manage a practice independently, deliver strategic legal advice, and build strong client relationships while contributing to the firm's continued growth. Key Responsibilities
Independently manage a diverse caseload of family law matters. Provide legal advice, representation, and strategic guidance to clients. Negotiate settlements and develop effective case strategies. Prepare and review legal documents, agreements, and court materials. Maintain strong client relationships through clear, compassionate communication. Contribute to the growth of the firm's presence in the Niagara Region. Qualifications
Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. Minimum 10 years of family law experience. Strong knowledge of Ontario family law and court procedures. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Settlement-oriented, client-focused, and comfortable with modern legal technology. Connections to the Niagara Region are preferred. What's Offered
