Production planning expertise meets Techo-Bloc’s Saint-Hubert manufacturing team, with responsibility for schedules, MRP/ERP accuracy, and capacity risks. Shape plans across seasonal, high-volume production. As Senior Production Planner, you will own assigned-line schedules and translate forecasts into realistic short, medium, and long-term plans. You will analyze trends, improve tools and processes, and support KPI performance. The position also includes coaching planners and collaborating with production, procurement, and sales. French and English fluency are required for regular work with Ontario and United States colleagues. Key Responsibilities:

Own daily and weekly production schedules for assigned lines Translate forecasts into capacity-aligned production plans Anticipate bottlenecks,



sequencing risks, and inventory impacts Improve planning tools, processes, and KPI results Coach planners and share procedures and best practices Requirements:

Five or more years of manufacturing production planning experience Robust MRP/ERP proficiency and advanced Excel skills Experience moving KPIs through process improvement initiatives Analytical, strategic, and detail-oriented approach Fluency in French and English Bring production scheduling, advanced Excel, and improvement leadership to Techo-Bloc’s Saint-Hubert planning operation.
