As Director of Operations, you will report to the President and General Manager while overseeing production, scheduling, quality control, and daily operations. You will manage approximately 25–30 employees, improve manufacturing efficiency, and support profitability. The position also includes customer relationships, supplier negotiations, business development, sales growth, and operational problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:
