Lead hands-on Python and React engineering for ContentIQ at symplistic.ai, based at the Greater Toronto Area headquarters with hybrid office work. As Engineering Manager, you will guide development, quality, delivery, and operations for an enterprise AI knowledge and retrieval platform. Build RAG pipelines, document ingestion, APIs, enterprise integrations, and AI agent capabilities. Partner with the VP of Engineering on architecture, priorities, and roadmap. Key Responsibilities:
