As Field Service Operations Manager, you will support Brandt Tractor’s customer-facing service functions and branch service teams. You will execute the strategic business plan, mentor service leaders, and drive service department profitability. The role emphasizes measurable improvement across billing, WIP management, warranty reimbursement, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Service Managers on objectives and strategic plans Identify performance gaps in billing, WIP,



and warranty reimbursement Develop actionable plans improving service efficiency and effectiveness Monitor execution against targeted service department goals Conduct audits and apply 5S and Lean principles Requirements:

Six to ten years as a heavy equipment Service Manager Understanding of compliant audits and company procedures Ability to develop customer-focused business plans Ability to lead branch Service Managers through structured plans Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Bring heavy equipment service leadership, operational auditing, and business planning experience to Brandt’s British Columbia branches.
