Lead visual quality for Rodeo FX compositing teams in Montreal, applying Nuke expertise and guiding complex 2D and 3D integration. The Compositing Supervisor directs artistic and technical integration for shots delivered by the 2D team. Working with VFX, CG, production, and art direction teams, this supervisor translates vision into actionable guidance. The position combines hands-on compositing, mentoring, workflow management, and interdisciplinary communication across assigned projects. Key Responsibilities:
Translate artistic vision into clear compositing direction Lead daily reviews and assess internal versions Validate scripts, renders, continuity, and deliverable cleanliness Mentor artists and communicate objectives, feedback,
and expectations Monitor progress, priorities, bottlenecks, and delivery planning Requirements:
