Lead MEP delivery for a hyperscale data centre development in Regina, coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health systems. Apply project management expertise across the full lifecycle. GagaMuller is seeking an MEP Project Manager to support a major mission-critical development in Regina, Saskatchewan. You will coordinate design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover. The position works with Project Directors, Design Managers, Construction Managers, contractors, vendors, commissioning teams, and client representatives. Key Responsibilities:

Manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health system delivery Coordinate design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning Review technical submissions, designs, RFIs, and construction documentation Monitor milestones, risks,



progress, and delivery requirements Support handover, operational readiness, and commissioning records Requirements:

Eight or more years delivering major MEP construction projects Data centre or mission-critical project experience Experience managing MEP design through handover Degree in engineering, building services, construction, or related discipline Solid leadership, communication, commercial, and stakeholder management skills Bring MEP coordination, commissioning, project controls, and stakeholder leadership to GagaMuller’s Regina data centre programme.
