Lead Phoenix’s growth creative as a Senior Graphic Designer using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and data-driven design in downtown Toronto. This senior role shapes visual campaigns across Phoenix’s marketing initiatives. You will partner with Growth, Creative, and Product teams on digital-first creative. Your work will support performance, storytelling, and Phoenix’s mission to make specialist healthcare more accessible. Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and launch ads, landing pages, motion graphics, and social assets Develop visual language for Phoenix growth campaigns Turn performance insights into design strategy Maintain a scalable creative library by product, audience, and use case Mentor junior designers and guide agency partners Requirements:
