As a Manager at Huron, you will guide full lifecycle Core HR implementations and lead Core HR workstreams. Your work includes requirements gathering, fit gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and post go live support. Five to seven years of Core HR consulting experience Deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Core HR Multiple full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementation experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent work experience Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed Apply Oracle Cloud Core HR expertise, stakeholder management, and solution design skills to Huron’s client implementations.
