Porter needs an experienced AWS Cloud Reliability Engineer in its Toronto Downtown Office, supporting reliable services and operational monitoring. This hands-on Site Reliability Engineer strengthens cloud infrastructure, application performance, and deployment operations. You will use AWS services, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring platforms, and automation. Collaboration spans DevOps, security, architecture, governance, and third-party vendors. Key Responsibilities:
Automate monitoring across AWS resources with Infrastructure as Code Configure Dynatrace and Splunk for AWS applications Optimize and automate CI/CD pipelines with DevOps Monitor cloud-service incidents against predefined SLAs Coordinate infrastructure changes, fixes, and vendor escalations Requirements:
Experience with AWS ECS and EC2 services Knowledge of Terraform and Terragrunt preferred Experience with CloudWatch alarms and metric math Experience administering Dynatrace and Splunk platforms Familiarity with ITSM tooling and change management Bring AWS automation, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, and deployment expertise to Porter’s cloud reliability team in Toronto.
