Lead integrated Oil Sands operations at Suncor’s Base Plant in Fort McMurray, coordinating production, fluid movements, and operational decisions across sitewide areas. As Sitewide Lead for Oil Sands, you will provide senior operational leadership on shift. The position supports secure, reliable production and asset availability across multiple business units. You will coordinate priorities, monitor performance, and respond to operational upsets. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate operations across locations, operating areas, and business units Balance safety, reliability, inventories, and fluid movements Track production losses, opportunities, mitigation,



and recovery actions Chair production and short-interval control meetings Lead responses to process upsets and integrated events Requirements:

Post-secondary education in engineering or related discipline preferred Minimum eight years of operations or operational leadership experience Experience coordinating multi-area, multi-unit, or integrated operations Background in safety leadership, production optimization, and risk management Understanding of integrated Oil Sands operations preferred Bring sitewide leadership, production optimization, and risk management expertise to Suncor’s Oil Sands operations in Fort McMurray.
