Build routing software with Ciena in Ottawa using embedded C and C++ development on real-time operating systems. This is a full-time opportunity. As a New Graduate Routing/IP Software Engineer, you will contribute to software for Ciena’s 6500 system. The work spans development, testing, documentation, debugging, maintenance, and delivery. You will support software components for networking devices while collaborating with engineers, architects, product verification, and test teams. Key Responsibilities:

Develop current functionality using embedded C and C++ Test, document, debug, and maintain applications Reduce backlog defects across software components Create scripts, test utilities, and development aids Resolve problems with product verification and test teams Requirements:
