Lead automotive program execution through launch using engineering, testing, quality, and profitability expertise in a complex manufacturing environment. This Program Manager oversees development from concept through production launch. The position coordinates roadmaps, budgets, risks, customer communication, and manufacturing readiness. It supports prototypes, tooling, testing, PPAP submissions, engineering changes, and production releases while aligning stakeholders with program objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Define scope, goals, roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and budget targets Manage risks, conflicts, issues, resources, spending, and corrective actions Coordinate prototypes, tooling, testing, packaging,



and production readiness Lead design-for-manufacturing initiatives and customer feasibility discussions Support PPAP, ECN releases, FMEA activities, and process sign-off Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in an engineering discipline Minimum three years’ related complex manufacturing program experience Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and quality tools Ability to interpret engineering drawings and standards fully Robust leadership, communication, organization, judgment, and problem-solving abilities Apply program leadership, manufacturing knowledge, and quality expertise to coordinate successful automotive launches from concept through production.
