Lead Azure infrastructure security architecture at Gowling WLG, shaping secure networks, cloud platforms, and internet-facing services across Canada. This experienced individual-contributor architect defines enterprise standards, reference designs, and multi-year roadmaps. You will translate business and risk requirements into practical patterns while partnering with infrastructure engineering, cloud platforms, Cybersecurity, SecOps, and the Microsoft Security Architect. Key Responsibilities:

Develop network and infrastructure security standards, architectures, and roadmaps Own Azure networking and cloud platform security architecture Design firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAF, and Zero Trust patterns Guide secure landing zones, hybrid infrastructure,



and containers Review engineering designs and present recommendations to executives Requirements:

10+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience 5+ years in infrastructure or network security architecture Hands-on experience securing enterprise networks and Azure infrastructure Experience with Zero Trust, ISO 27001, and NIST frameworks Solid communication skills translating technical risk for executives Apply infrastructure architecture, Azure security, and Zero Trust expertise to advance Gowling WLG’s enterprise security standards.
