Lead, coach, and engage a team of functional analysts; Plan and coordinate the team’s activities and deliverables; Foster strong collaboration between IT teams, business stakeholders, and the system integrator; Ensure seamless integration between SAP, peripheral systems, and legacy systems; Drive the resolution of functional, technical, and integration issues; Ensure the quality of deliverables and their compliance with project requirements; Support project governance and present progress updates to steering committees; Challenge proposed solutions to ensure they fully meet defined functional and technical requirements. Significant experience leading teams of functional analysts as part of a large-scale ERP implementation; End-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation experience,



ideally within a manufacturing environment; A strong understanding of ERP-supported business processes and their interdependencies; Experience working closely with system integrators; Strong leadership skills, combined with excellent communication, problem-solving, and priority-management abilities; A degree in information technology, project management, finance, business administration, or a related field; Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
