This hands-on, player-coach role combines leadership, strategic development, and direct customer engagement to drive profitable growth. The ideal candidate brings extensive hardware distribution experience, a proven track record of exceeding targets, and the ability to coach a team while maintaining key customer relationships. Willingness to travel is required.
