Drive end-to-end procurement with BBA as an Intermediate Advisor, applying contract negotiation and supplier management across major industry sectors. This intermediate procurement advisor supports project teams and stakeholders serving mining, heavy industry, and energy clients. You will execute procurement activities while improving standards, procedures, tools, and systems. The work also covers contractual documentation, commercial evaluations, approvals, and supplier matters. Key Responsibilities:
Execute end-to-end procurement processes for project needs Oversee proposals, commercial evaluations, and contract negotiations Ensure contractual compliance, traceability,
and document quality Prepare award recommendations and obtain required approvals Support supplier issues, claims, and contractual disputes Requirements:
Relevant university or technical education in supply chain, logistics, administration, or engineering At least five years of relevant project procurement experience Experience in heavy industry, mining and metals, or energy Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Advanced English and French skills Bring project procurement, contract negotiation, and supplier expertise to BBA’s mining, heavy industry, and energy engagements.
