As Payroll Manager, you will oversee payroll leadership, governance, reporting, and controls across a complex construction workplace. The position partners with Human Resources, Operations, Finance, IT, and external advisors. Responsibilities include Canadian payroll legislation, U.S. payroll taxation, internal controls, reconciliations, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
