As a Marketing and Event Associate, you will support the Marketing and Promotions team across internal events, tradeshows, and marketing operations. The work involves collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services to deliver programs and communications. You will manage competing priorities while coordinating logistics, vendors, promotional items, and French marketing materials. Key Responsibilities:
Execute the Apotex Generics tradeshow strategy Manage booth assets, vendors, shipping, and maintenance Coordinate National Sales Meeting logistics Process Rep Request inbox orders promptly Track budgets, invoices, and purchase orders Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or accredited college diploma Three to five years marketing or event experience Bilingual French capability required Experience in event planning and marketing logistics Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bring bilingual communication, event planning, and marketing logistics expertise to Apotex programs, tradeshows, vendors, and stakeholder relationships.
