As a ServiceNow CSM and OMT Architect, you will design and deliver end-to-end solutions. The contract supports Customer Service Management and Telecommunications Order Management. You will translate business requirements, guide technical decisions, and coordinate stakeholders, technical teams, and integration specialists throughout implementation. Key Responsibilities:
