Lead commercial legal strategy at Agoda in Bangkok, advising Supply through complex agreements, disputes, and strategic business decisions. This senior legal role sits within Agoda’s Commercial and Corporate Legal team. You will support Supply relationships, B2B matters, partnerships, procurement, and disputes. The position requires close collaboration with Agoda, Booking Holdings, senior management, finance, tax, product, and external counsel. Key Responsibilities:

Lead legal support for Agoda’s Supply relationships Draft and negotiate international commercial agreements Advise on litigation, disputes, and commercial solutions Manage escalations involving senior management Develop junior team members through coaching and mentoring Requirements:

At least twelve years of post-qualified experience Current entitlement to practice as a lawyer or attorney Robust commercial contracting, B2B, procurement, and disputes experience Leadership experience managing small-medium sized teams Excellent English, communication, organization, and drafting skills Apply commercial judgment, legal drafting, and Supply expertise while shaping Agoda’s strategic legal support in Bangkok.
