CHIL seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver hospitality, food and beverage, and residential interiors from concept through completion. You will manage client relationships, contracts, drawing packages, construction documentation, and project teams. The position requires strong technical leadership across multiple project phases. Key Responsibilities:

Manage schedules, milestones, budgets, deliverables, and project scope Coordinate clients, contractors, structural, MEP, and specialist consultants Prepare interior design drawing packages and specifications Review RFIs, change orders, shop drawings,



and site instructions Lead close-out activities and successful project completion Requirements:
