Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field At least 10 years in corporate strategy or strategic consulting Knowledge of life and health insurance and financial services Ability to turn complex issues into concrete recommendations Advanced spoken and written English and French proficiency Bring strategic expertise, business judgment, and stakeholder engagement skills to Beneva’s transformation and strategic growth agenda.
