Position Overview:

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers throughout their car-buying journey. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential buyers, understand their needs, and guide them through the selection and purchase process. We are looking for an individual who is driven, personable, and dedicated to providing outstanding service.

As the successful applicant, you will:

- Hold a valid driver’s license with no restrictions
- Be highly personable, confident, and comfortable building rapport with customers
- Thrive in a commission-based environment and be motivated by achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Proactively generate sales through follow-up, prospecting, and relationship building
- Demonstrate strong follow-through and attention to detail from first contact to delivery
- Deliver exceptional customer service with clear, professional communication
- Maintain a positive, “can-do” attitude and a strong work ethic
- Be eager to learn, coachable, and open to continuous development
- Show ambition, self-motivation,



and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
- Stay highly organized while managing multiple customers and priorities

In this role, you will:

- Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
- Assist those visiting the dealership by answering questions, understanding needs, and guiding them in selecting a vehicle that best suits their lifestyle, preferences, and budget.
- Explain product performance, application and benefit to customers and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase
- Follow up on all post-delivery sales to ensure all customer expectations are met and satisfied
- Work with Sales Manager to ensure individual and department sales goals are met
- Maintain strong knowledge base of vehicle makes and models
