Contract Duration: 5 months and 29 days
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week

Fuze HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounting Analyst for a leading global organization in the consumer goods industry, located in downtown Toronto.
This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with strong accounts payable, SAP, and Excel experience to join a rapid-paced corporate finance team.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing high-volume transactions, meeting tight deadlines, and contributing immediately with minimal training.
Key Responsibilities

- Process high-volume accounts payable invoices and ensure accurate SAP postings.
- Review vendor accounts, payment transactions, and invoice approvals.
- Process employee expense reimbursements using SAP Concur.
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
- Support weekly and monthly bank reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
- Apply Canadian provincial commodity tax rules to invoice processing.
- Assist with financial reporting,



process improvements, and Excel-based automation.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve accounting inquiries.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a high-volume corporate environment.
- Strong hands-on accounts payable and general accounting experience.
- SAP experience strongly preferred, ideally SAP S/4HANA or FICO.
- SAP Concur and employee expense processing experience are highly desirable.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookup functions, and data analysis.
- Working knowledge of Canadian provincial commodity taxes (GST/HST/PST).
- CPA enrollment or completion is an asset.
- Solid attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new processes.
