Compensation:

$400 per filled lease

Responsibilities:

- Create, post, and maintain rental advertisements across multiple listing platforms.

- Respond to incoming rental inquiries and coordinate showing appointments with authorized representatives.

- Follow up with prospective tenants regarding appointment scheduling and application status.

- Assist with collecting rental applications and supporting documentation.

- Maintain accurate records of listing activity, inquiries, and applications.

- Communicate with the property management team to ensure vacancies are marketed efficiently.

- Monitor listing performance and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

- Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently.

- Comfortable using computers, online listing platforms, and CRM software.

- Previous property management, leasing administration, or real estate experience is an asset.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- Valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation preferred.

- Real estate licence is NOT required.
