What You'll Be Doing

As a Barber or Hairstylist at Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop,



you'll help deliver the quality services and guest experience our brand is known for.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing professional haircuts, styling, and grooming services
- Consulting with guests to understand their preferences and desired looks
- Delivering excellent customer service during every visit
- Staying current with industry trends, techniques, and grooming products
- Recommending retail products based on guests' hair and grooming needs
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional workstation
- Working collaboratively with teammates to support daily shop operations
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

What We're Looking For

We're seeking trained Barbers and Hairstylists, including individuals currently completing their apprenticeship, who are committed to their craft and providing excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications & Skills

- Barbering or hairstyling training, or an apprenticeship in progress
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of current industry trends
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A friendly, professional attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts
