Job Overview

We are seeking a physically fit and hardworking Heavy Lifter / Loading and Unloading Associate to join a food manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, handling heavy products, and supporting daily warehouse and production operations. This position requires working in a cold temperature environment and performing physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

- Load and unload products, materials, and shipments safely and efficiently.
- Lift, carry, and move heavy items as required.
- Assist with the movement and organization of products within the facility.
- Follow proper handling procedures for food products and materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area.




- Follow all workplace health and safety guidelines.
- Work effectively in a cold temperature environment.
- Assist with other general labour duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Ability to perform heavy lifting and repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a cold temperature environment.
- Physically fit, reliable, and punctual.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous experience in loading, unloading, warehousing, or general labour is an asset.
- Must be committed to maintaining workplace safety and cleanliness.
