Our client, In the Kitchener area is currently recruiting for a Manager to join their team. This position is transforming how fleets operate through advanced telematics, asset tracking, and data-driven technology. To help the business improve safety, efficiency, and profitability through connected intelligence. We are looking for a hands-on, results-oriented Demand Generation Manager to build awareness, generate demand, and create a consistent flow of qualified opportunities for their Sales team. Working Hours: Days Monday to Friday Compensation: 95-105k with OTE (On-Target Earnings) up to a 20% bonus Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; Campaign Strategy, Execution Optimization - Develop, execute, and optimize integrated demand-generation campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, paid social, email, display, and other relevant digital channels. - Manage campaign calendars, budgets, targeting, messaging, and performance metrics. - Develop and optimize landing pages, forms, calls-to-action, and conversion paths. - Work with internal teams and external vendors to develop creative assets, messaging, and campaign content. - Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize targeting, creative, messaging, landing pages, and campaign workflows. - Manage campaigns from initial strategy through execution, reporting, and optimization. - Lead Generation Funnel Management - Build programs that generate a consistent flow of qualified leads and sales opportunities. - Work closely with Sales to define and refine ideal customer profiles, lead qualification criteria, lead scoring, and follow-up processes. - Develop and manage lead-nurturing programs to move prospects through the buying journey. Qualifications: - 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation, lead generation, and digital marketing. - Proven experience planning, launching, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. - Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, paid social, email marketing, and display advertising.



- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, Mailchimp, Lemlist, or similar tools. - Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and turn insights into actionable recommendations. - Experience managing marketing campaigns against measurable performance and pipeline goals. - Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. - Ability to work independently, prioritize competing initiatives, and take ownership of results. - Experience in technology, SaaS, fleet management, telematics, transportation, or a related industry is a strong asset.
