ECC is currently looking for an experienced Snow Removal Supervisor to join our growing Edmonton operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality work, can manage a crew efficiently, and has strong experience in snow removal.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year experience in Commercial Snow Removal (foreman or lead hand level preferred)
Strong experience with:
Skid Steer operations
Walk Behind Sweeper Operations
Experience directing crew and coordinating materials/logistics
Strong leadership and communication skills
Motivated to keep crews moving
Someone who isn't afraid of hard work




Your Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a crew
Ensure snow removal routes are completed within time expectancy
Operate equipment and assist with hands-on work
Coordinate with management and clients when required
Maintain safe and organized job sites
Working Conditions:
Outdoor work environment with exposure to various weather conditions.
Physical labor requiring lifting, carrying, and maneuvering heavy materials and equipment.
Travel to various job sites
Long hours
Shift time usually starts 1am
