What we’re looking for Working closely with the Head Golf Professional and leadership team, the Assistant Golf Professional will play a key role in the daily operation of the golf department, member engagement, tournament execution, instructional programming, and golf shop management. Responsibilities Responsible for day-to-day operations of the pro-shop and outside golf services. Oversee Outside Golf Services Staff daily. Train & Mentor Golf Services Staff. Ensure Club Service Goals are met. Providing and Delivering Exceptional Member Services. Pro Shop sales and merchandising. Willingness to learn and grow as a Golf Professional. Assist with weekly leagues, and Member events. Qualifications & Technical Skills Must have strong leadership skills. PGA of Canada Member in good standing or actively pursuing PGA of Canada membership. Previous experience in golf operations, golf retail, instruction, or tournament administration preferred. Positive and outgoing personality. Familiar with basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office platforms. Committed to working in a team environment. Attention to detail. Strong multi-tasking skills. Retail sales experience is considered an asset. This is a full-time seasonal role that will run from approx. early April - mid November.
