Saskatoon

Role: Electrical Foreman

Location: Saskatoon, SK

Born and raised on the prairies – We are the Impact Energy Team. Small town values, big Saskatchewan dreams. Impact Energy is a rapidly growing electrical contractor, building the future of Saskatchewan through precision, professionalism, and powerful client relationships. Impact Energy delivers electrical and instrumentation services to Saskatchewan’s leading oil & gas, mining and construction companies. We are trusted to estimate and deliver technically challenging projects across the province. Electrical and Instrumentation is what we do, people are the why we do it. Let’s get to work!

THE OPPORTUNITY

With exciting new opportunities and partnerships, Impact is seeking Electrical Foremen, to join our Commercial Projects Team, based out of our Saskatoon, SKlocation, to work on projects throughout Saskatchewan. The Foreman owns site safety, productivity, schedule, crew, and quality - organizing materials, subcontractors, and labour to execute the work. All journeypersons and apprentices report to the Foreman when on site.

This is where the estimate becomes a delivered project. The Foreman is accountable for the crew hitting the plan: hours tracked to estimate, milestones met, safety enforced, and work that meets Impact and client standards the first time.
