Position Overview

Country Pump Out Ltd. is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and personable Outside Sales Representative to join our team.

We're a locally operated company that takes pride in providing reliable service and building strong relationships within our community.

We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting recent people, making connections, and finding opportunities to grow our business.

The ideal candidate is confident, self-motivated, professional, and comfortable getting out of the office to connect with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Actively seek out new customers and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Visit businesses, construction sites, and potential customers to promote our products and services.
- Develop connections with local businesses, contractors, and industry professionals.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and follow up on leads.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and service agreements.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Work closely with office staff and operations to coordinate customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Meet sales goals and contribute to the company's continued growth.
- Represent Country Pump Out Ltd. in a positive and professional manner.





Qualifications & Skills

- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable approaching new customers and initiating conversations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and ability to prepare quotes and maintain customer records.
- Valid driver's license.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of the construction, oilfield, industrial, or rental service industries is an asset.
- Established connections within the local business community would be beneficial.
