About Tint Express

Tint express is growing automotive service company specializing in Tinting, PPF, Ceramic coating, car detailing, vehicle wraps, decals, and other automotive enhancement services.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable automotive service, including window tinting, PPF, Ceramic coating, car detailing, wraps and other services.
- Promote company services and explain packages, pricing, perks, and ongoing offers.
- Actively upsell and cross-sell additional automotive services to increase revenue.
- Generate new sales leads and convent inquiries into confirmed booked.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, walk-ins and online platforms.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily,



and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the back end team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment.
- Address customer concerns and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Support promotional activities and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or automotive sales preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence in approaching customers and recommending additional services.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in automobiles and automotive accessories is an asset.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.

Pay: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
