- yearly Job Description AECOM is seeking a BIM Specialist ( civil infrastructure)

This position is based in office, out of Mississauga. We are seeking professionals to join our team to help us build one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world.

This position is for a newly created position. Responsibilities Coordinate BIM requirements across multiple disciplines, including Architecture, MEP, Data, Structure, and Asset Management, while planning standard development. Support the establishment of governance and processes for BIM implementation throughout the program. Organize and lead BIM coordination workshops. Assist in developing model templates encompassing structural, interior, and exterior architectural elements, as well as MEP systems for in-house projects.

Facilitate laser scanning of existing spaces when necessary. Qualifications University Degree + 4years of civil infrastructure experience with technical construction drawings and/or documents. Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education may be considered, for example a College Diploma + additional years of experience. Preferred Requirements Experience working with technical construction drawings and/or documents,



experience as a BIM Lead/Supervisor/Manager is a strong asset. Proven experience with enterprise-grade document and construction management systems, preferably Bentley Project Wise, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Maximo, and Share Point. Proficiency in BIM design software, ideally Autodesk Revit. Experience with CADD and GIS technologies, such as Bentley Micro Station, Open Roads Designer, and ESRI ArcGIS. Strong familiarity with computer hardware and standard office software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Project, Power Point, and Visio. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and workshops for large groups.
