This flexible work setting includes office attendance as required.The Manager, Leadership Programs is an individual contributor on Proximity’s small, high-performing team. You will design, deliver, and improve initiatives while translating sector insights into practical learning experiences, resources, tools, and thought leadership. The work supports Proximity’s strategic priorities and Ontario hospital leadership.Key Responsibilities:
Lead roundtables, workshops, and leadership development initiativesFacilitate discovery through interviews, focus groups,



and literature reviewsBuild trusted relationships with hospital and healthcare stakeholdersDevelop publications, reports, cases, and leadership resourcesEvaluate offerings using feedback, assessments, and data analysisRequirements:
Seven-plus years of progressive relevant experienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experienceLeadership program design and delivery experienceSenior stakeholder engagement across complex organizationsFacilitation and evidence-informed analysis experienceBring program leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder expertise to strengthen leadership development across Ontario hospitals through Proximity.
