Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President and General Counsel, you will advise on financing, capital deployment, continuous disclosure, share repurchases, and public-company obligations. The role also supports broader corporate matters and strategic initiatives with significant autonomy.Key Responsibilities:




Advise on financing and capital markets transactionsSupport continuous disclosure and securities filingsManage equity issuance and equity awardsAdvise on capital deployment and share repurchasesSupport Board materials, resolutions, minutes, and governance adviceRequirements:
At least five years of relevant corporate law experiencePublic-company, capital markets, or securities experience is valuableAbility to translate legal complexity into actionable adviceIndependent ownership of complex matters and transactionsStrong French and English communication skillsApply capital markets judgment, securities knowledge, and explicit communication to Coveo’s equity and public-company responsibilities.
