Help sustain aircraft readiness.As an Aircraft Maintenance Program & Reliability Specialist, you will support continuing airworthiness and fleet sustainment. You will evaluate technical documentation, maintain approved maintenance programs, analyze reliability data, and coordinate contracted MRO activities. The role sits within Integrated Logistics Support and supports Canada’s Fixed Wing Search and Rescue program.Key Responsibilities:




Analyze technical documentation and update the Operator Maintenance ProgramCoordinate resolution of customer-reported maintenance program issuesMonitor contracted MRO activities and execution issuesAnalyze reliability data affecting aircraft availabilityGenerate weekly aircraft availability reportsRequirements:
College diploma or undergraduate degree in a related fieldThree to five years of relevant aviation experienceExperience with maintenance programs or reliability analysisExperience supporting technical or operational teamsProficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePointApply maintenance program, reliability, and fleet sustainment expertise supporting AirPro’s CC295 Kingfisher aircraft readiness.
